To run harmonic fit for spscans for 5 modes you will have to
1. Git clone the source
2. Put the dat files for 5 frustrated modes x_trans, y_trans, z_trans, z_phi, y_theta in the current directory
3. Run python3 run_harmonicfit.py from current directory
